MEET ME!

Thank you for taking the time to learn about me.  I have two passions in life – my family and helping people like you with their real estate needs.  My Family is my first passion. My husband, Dan, and I have worked together since 1979 as co-owners of ONT Properties Unlimited dba Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate – Properties Unlimited.  We adore our family, consisting of our two daughters and their amazing husbands, as well as our five grandchildren who bring us the most joy as we watch them turn into amazing adults.  In addition, we have been blessed to have had 9 exchange students from other parts of the world.  Although we thought we would be sharing our wonderful country with them, we have found that we have reaped far more benefits from them, than we gave, not to mention the 7 extra grandchildren that they share with us.

As an Inland Empire Resident,  I have been serving my real estate community since getting my license in 1977 and Broker’s license in 1980 when we opened our office in Ontario, CA.  We moved our office seven years later to Rancho Cucamonga.  I have been a top producer every year by being hands-on in guiding my clients through the buying and selling process.  Having earned my Quality Service Certification and becoming a Senior Real Estate Specialist, and earning both my e-Pro Certification and my Certified Residential Specialist Certification, I have kept up with the needs of our clients in an ever changing field. Such concern for my clients has kept me on the cutting edge of my field. My clients know that I am a Trusted Counselor who prioritizes their needs and guides them through the real estate process, a Skilled Negotiator who works diligently to secure the best transaction that meets their needs in the current market, an Expert Facilitator who leads the Clients through the paperwork with clarity and ease, a Trained Listener who hears their needs and strives to meet those expectations and a Willing Communicator, who openly addresses those needs to help them reach their goals.
