Dear Heidi,

    Im not sure if you remember me and my family, but you helped us get into the C.C.H.O.A. program 3 years ago.  Today Jerry and I signed our closing docs and are set to record tomorrow on our home in Fontana!!
    It has been a long, eventful three years, but we are so thankful to finally have a home to call our own.  I truly believe if it hadnt been for you, we wouldnt be where we are today.  I remember how you kept looking for a way to help us and hooked us up with Brian Weide, who was also wonderful to work with.  He too, kept looking for ways to make sure we could qualify for our lease-to-purchase program.
    I hope all is well with you and just wanted you to know that we are all doing well and are thrilled that our three years of waiting has paid off!

The skill of Heidi Burns go far beyond the minimum needed to become a real estate agent.  My wife and mine's experiences with her is proof of this.

Our original contact with Heidi was through a referral.  It was February of 2005.  My wife and I had never bought a home and we were tired of paying rent.  We were both working in Orange County.  After coming to the realization that we could not afford a home close to work, for the time being, the agent we were working with referred us to Heidi.

From first contact with Heidi, my wife and I could tell she could help us accomplish our goal.  We told her that our plan was to buy a nice home, in a good area, we could afford and let the equity build.  Hopefully this would be enough for a down payment on a home near work.  Heidi kept this in mind and only showed us homes that in her opinion would be a turnkey profit.  She did not pressure us into anything.  If we thought something she showed us was not our taste, she immediately made a mental note of it and adjusted our house search.  Heidi also made every effort to accommodate our schedule, which was tough, due to my wife being pregnant and us living so far from San Bernardino County.

Heidi Burns found us a home that my wife and I fell in love with at first site.  It was turnkey, 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath, open walkway, good size backyard, great neighborhood, etc.  Not only did she find something we loved at a great price, Heidi also helped us with some last minute problems that arouse with our loan.

About 9 months had passed, and our equity had raised so much my wife and I decided to try and finish our goal of moving near work.  We thought that it would be some time before we could find an affordable house in Orange County, so we decided to hold off on putting our house for sale until a couple of weeks after we started looking at homes.  To our surprise, we ended up making an offer on a home sooner than expected.  We told Heidi as soon as possible because we were worried that we could not sell the house in time to generate the down payment we needed.

Heidi was on it immediately.  She came over that night so we could sign the paperwork necessary to start the process the next day.  She gave us great tips on how to sell the home faster.  Between her contacts, the advertisement for our home, and her diligence, we had multiple offers within half a week.  Heidi came through for use when we needed her.  She even went to the trouble of haggling with our home protection plan when they were refusing to cover some items that had broken within the year.  When all was said and done, our costs were so minimal that we got our home in Aliso Viejo.


Anyone who has the chance to work with Heidi Burns should consider themselves lucky.  Not only will she get the job done, finding or selling your home, Heidi will go out of her way to make sure every detail is complete to the end.
